FROM THE IMPORTER:
Wako Aba inherited his knowledge of growing coffee from the generations of family members who farmed coffee before him. The farm was previously focused primarily on honey production but Wako has since transitioned the land to a focus on coffee production because it provided a better livelihood.  

Now, with the help of the Lalisaa program, Wako is able to maximize his profits by selling his specialty coffee directly to roasters. He also receives technical advice and other support from our in-country partners.
